Abstract

John B. Hutton was a lawyer in Dover and former Deputy Attorney General for the state of Delaware who served as one of the presidential electors for the state after the 1932 presidential election. This item is Hutton's ticket to the 1933 inaugural ceremonies for President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Vice President John Nance Garner.
